Moin M. Fudda, ONZM, S.I. has more than 45 years of experience in the corporate sector as well as performing diplomatic duties. He holds B.S. in Insurance & Economics from the RCD College of Insurance, Tehran, and MBA in Insurance & Risk Management from St. Jones University New York. In his former role as Managing Director of Karachi Stock Exchange (now Pakistan Stock Exchange), he was elected as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Task Force of Federation of European and Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS). He has helped in creation of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) and is a member of its faculty as well as a Certified CG Trainer by International Finance Corporation. He has rich experience in IPO’s, Listing, Delisting, Dispute Resolution as well as Board Audit and Human Resource matters.
In Tehran he worked as a Client Executive, Stewart Wrightson, Lloyds Insurance Brokers. In New York he was Manager Reinsurance of American Internation Group and Adjust Assistant Professor at The College of Insurance. Prior to joining KSE, he was Country Chief of New Zealand Insurance and Commercial Union (CU now AVIVA) and Founder MD of CU Life (now Jubilee Life). He has also held positions such as Country Director, Center for International Private Enterprise, an affiliate of US Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director Pakistan Reinsurance Company.
He is the Country Representative of SCOR Reinsurance of France. Since 1989 he is the Honorary Consul General of New Zealand for Pakistan. In 1990, NZ Commemoration Medal was conferred on him by the Queen of New Zealand and in 2002, he was recognized as the Honorary Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM). In 2006, he was conferred the coveted Sitara-e-Imtiaz (S.I.) by the President of Pakistan. He and his wife have travelled to 130 countries in six continents. His other appointments include:

Mr. Badiuddin Akber was previously serving as the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at CDC since June 2015 before being elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer on January 01, 2019. He was also the nominated Chairman of the Oversight Committee formed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Joint Inspection Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Akber has more than 20 years of diversified senior management experience in the fields of finance and operations. He has served in various renowned conglomerates in Pakistan as Head of Finance and Company Secretary. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited.
Mr. Akber has demonstrated extensive expertise in the spheres of Financial Management, Clearing & Settlement, Risk Management, Operations, Product Development and Project Management in the Pakistan Capital Market. As Chief Operating Officer at NCCPL, he played an instrumental role in the implementation of various significant products, services and reform measures which include Revamping of Capital Gain Tax Regime, Unique Identification Number (UIN), Institutions’ Risk Management System, Straight Through Processing of Market Settlements and UIN Information System (UIS) and in the introduction of Leverage Products such as Margin Trading, Margin Financing and Securities Lending & Borrowing.
After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Karachi, Mr. Akber attained various professional degrees in accounts and finance from prestigious national and international institutions. In addition to being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (FCMA), he also holds ACMA-CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountants) qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA – UK) and qualification of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA – Ontario, Canada).
He has attended the Annual International Institute for Securities Market Growth and Development by the US Securities & Exchange Commission and various seminars and conferences in UK, India, Europe and Far-East countries on risk management, clearing & settlement and surveillance of capital market operations.”
“Dr Aamir Matin has over 35 years of work experience in the IT industry both in Pakistan as well as abroad. He is currently Head of Technology for HBL, prior to which he was Country Manager for Cisco Systems Inc in Pakistan. Dr Matin has also worked at senior levels with the Government having been MD of the Pakistan Software Export Board as well as Advisor on IT to the Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunications during 2002-2006. His early career was with the United Nations Development Program, working with countries in the Asia Pacific region on the use of Information Technology to enhance productivity in public sectors.
Dr Matin has a BS in Electronic Engineering, an MS in Computer Engineering, and a PhD in Information Technology and has taught graduate level courses at some of the leading Universities of the country.”
Mr. Ahmed Chinoy is the Managing Partner of Arch Sons Group of Companies and is engaged in various businesses including security investments, textiles, real estate and poultry farming.
He is an elected Director on the Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) and also a member of Audit Committee, Human Resources & Remuneration Committee and Listing & Voluntary De-Listing Committee of PSX. He is nominated by PSX as a Director on the Board of Directors of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited and National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited.
He has served the society in a variety of capacities in the areas of business, education, and health and crime prevention. He has successfully served as the Chief of Citizen.
Police Liaison Committee, Sindh (a citizens’ body for prevention of crimes) from the year 2010 to 2015. He is also the Chairman of Pakistan Cloth Merchants’ Association (the apex body of textile exporters). He has also been actively serving on the Boards of various medical and educational institutions and as the President of All Pakistan Memon Federation. Previously, he has served on the Managing Committee of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI). For his services to the people of Pakistan, he has been awarded the prestigious national awards of Hilal-e-Imtiaz and Sitara-e-Imtiaz.
Mr. Chinoy is qualified from Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and holds a graduate degree in Commerce from University of Karachi. He is also a certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
Jehan Ara is the Founder & CEO of Katalyst Labs, a Technology Startup Accelerator and Innovation hub. She is the former President of the Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES (P@SHA) where she served for 25 years and was involved in promoting the Pakistan tech industry locally and internationally – she was also the Founder of The Nest I/O a Tech Startup Incubator which incubated 217 startup businesses. Katalyst Labs runs an acceleration program for startups and a Women Leaders Fellowship Program to build the capacity of women entrepreneurs and professionals and to help them create business networks. Katalyst Labs also runs two major conferences +92Disrupt – a startup conference and Slush’d.
Jehan has worked in Hong Kong, the UAE and Pakistan. She has served as a Member of the PM’s Advisory Council for IT & the Digital Economy, is a Member of the APAC Content Advisory Board for TikTok and is on the Sindh Digital Technology Board Governing Body. She is also on the World Bank Advisory Group on Gender, on the Industry Advisory Board of various universities and on the Steering Committee of the Women for Boards Initiative which works towards increasing the number of qualified and certified women on Company Boards.
She has been identified by Rest of World (ROW) as amongst the top global 100 Changemakers in Tech outside Silicon Valley.
The President of Pakistan has awarded her the Tamgha e Imtiaz for her lifetime of services to the tech industry.
“Mr. Iqleem -uz-Zaman Khan is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ITMinds Limited. Before being elevated to this position, he was serving as Assistant General Manager in the Trustee Business of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC). He joined CDC at the time of inception of its Trustee Business in 2001. He completed his article ship from Price Waterhouse Coopers and finalized variety of audits.
He attended various seminars and conferences including training arranged by US Securities & Exchange Commission and Depository & Trust Clearing Company of USA and Terrapin Ltd. of Singapore on topics like Best Practices, Global relationing and Exchange Traded Funds.
“Mr. Waqas Ashraf was previously serving as Chief Accountant of the Company since July 2014 before being elevated to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in December 2018. He joined ITMinds Limited in the year 2013 and assumed responsibility of Accounts Manager.
